So we were in Maryland, Baltimore-Washington International Airport, for our flight back home. It was lunch time, and found that apt. We can have a full meal in a new state (technically it is). So we went to a seafood restaurant because, you know, Maryland.
We chose Phillips Seafood and we ordered soups, and a fish fry. Matt ordered a clam chowder, while I ordered a crab bisque. The fish fry was something to be shared.
The soup was absolutely delicious. I was worried that there wouldn’t be any or enough crab or clams in our dishes (that’s how I feel when we order seafood in the Philippines in restaurants). But no worries here in the US, there is always enough, or more than enough in most cases.
The seafood was A LOT. Always. A lot. It has fish, shrimp, crab cakes, mussels and fries. And though everything was fried, I enjoyed everything! It was only at the end of the meal that I started finding it too oily. And the lemon helped a lot in there. I really wish we were able to spend more time in this state just for the seafood. But that little treat is good enough
